Bad Habits
Begone habits!

Do you a habit you wish to break? Or prevent any? Well, I have a few tips for you:
- Try replacing your habit with something else that is healthier for you, because if you try to completely stop something, it may lead to a new habit that’s unwanted..
- Try avoiding triggers that tend to lead to your habit. For example: If you get nervous and tend to bite your nails, you can try focusing on something else in the room, instead of tempting yourself.
- Visualize yourself succeeding in coping with your bad habits, and try thinking like the old you. Meaning, you don’t have to completely be a whole new person. So, if you have a habit of biting your nails, try thinking of not being a nail biter.
- Be mentally prepared for failure in your journey to coping with a habit. It’s okay to make some mistakes along the way but don’t take it to heart because, everyone makes mistakes. :’)
